REFUND POLICIES
DTF & UV DTF Transfers
Thank you for choosing our DTF (Direct-to-Film) and UV DTF printing services. We take great care in producing high-quality transfers tailored to your specifications. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
All transfers are made to order, based on your unique specifications and artwork. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We strive to deliver high-quality prints; however, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the prints if the artwork provided does not meet the necessary resolution or format requirements. Before submitting artwork, please ensure it meets our specification guidelines HERE for the best possible print quality.
Refunds will not be issued for poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution images, incorrect file formats, or artwork that does not meet the required specifications. We recommend reviewing your artwork carefully and reaching out to us with any questions before submitting your order.
Once your order is placed, it is considered final. We will begin production immediately, and no modifications or cancellations will be accepted after confirmation.
Damaged or Defective Transfers:
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a solution as deemed appropriate.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
HATS:
You have 10 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as when it was received (unworn, unused).
The item must be returned its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at dkcustomllc1@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order details for verification.
Once your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Returns that are sent to us without prior approval (i.e., without contacting us first) will not be accepted.
Items that have been worn, washed, or used, or that are returned without tags or packaging, will not be eligible for a return.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after we receive your return. If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
